New ranch cottage type home in Arcadia. The goal for us was to make these newly constructed houses fit into this historic neighborhood. Despite challenges such as raised finish floor elevations and substantial retention basins, we feel we have contributed to blending into the beauty of one of our favorite neighborhoods.
